Brings several significant character changes. Players now have access to 9 perks instead of 8. Base stats such as Hit Points, Action Points, and Damage Multiplier are adjusted according to class, with specific changes for classes. Two new keywords have been introduced: Lethality and Paralysis. Additionally, reputation mechanics changes, deepening gameplay customization.

Level 3, 6 CH
- Increases healing for allies by 33%
- Reduces friendly-fire damage by 80%
- Increases damage by 5% for faction members/NPC companions on the map
- Increases damage protection by 1% for faction members/NPC companions on the map
Awareness
Level 3, 6 PE
- Provides information about targets:
Damage type they use
Target's DT/DR against your damage type
Critical chance, including target resistances
- +5% maximum chance to hit
- +25 Sneak detection
- Ability to check who is in the world map zone
Cult of Personality
Level 12, 8 CH
- Ignores negative effects of reputation
- Increases party points by 100
- Doubles the rate of gaining or losing reputation
- Increases damage by 40% based on reputation:
If your highest reputation is Raider, you deal 40% more damage against those with the highest Wastelander reputation
If your highest reputation is Wastelander, you deal 40% more damage against those with the highest Raider reputation
If your Wastelander and Raider reputations are equal, you deal 40% more damage to others in the same situation
Mysterious Stranger (Requires Party Member + Awareness + Cult of Personality)
- All NPC companions gain 30% increased damage protection

Alts penalties:
- Gain exp reduced to 10% when you have logged 2nd alt(no matter if same location)
- Town Control flag progress doesn't count when you have logged 2nd alt(no matter if same location)
- Base Control timer x3 when you have logged 2nd alt(no matter if same location)
- Turn-based Control flag progress reduced to 10% when you have logged 2nd alt(no matter if same location)
Sandbags
- Sandbags not losing HP per 5 sec anymore
- Sandbags stay max 5 minutes
- Sandbags disapear from location if owner is not on same map
- Sandbags are placed in front of player, if hex is busy sandbag wont be placed
- Sandbags takes 2x damage from explosive, immune for laser, plasma and electro, take 50% from fire
- Changed Reroll from dialog to interface
- Changed Critical table(info on wiki)
- Muscular Physique changed Reduction of enemy Damage Multiplier to 14% from 20%.
