- Lethal Protection: Increased Lethal Defense from 0 + DR to 25 + DR.
- Punch Weapons: Experience required to level up increased from 50% to 110%.
- Lewis Gun: Round capacity reduced from 10 to 6, maximum ammo increased from 50 to 60.
- M60: Round capacity reduced from 10 to 7, maximum ammo reduced from 100 to 70.
- M240: Round capacity reduced from 10 to 8, maximum ammo reduced from 200 to 160.
- BAR: Round capacity reduced from 10 to 9, maximum ammo reduced from 400 to 360.
New Synergy Added
- Gain Implants (Level 3, 6 Charisma) - Increases special implant limit by 3 and grants +5 Charisma for combat implant limit calculations.
- Synthetic (Level 18, 8 Charisma) - Transforms you into a robotic entity, reducing your EMP DR to 0. Allows installation of an EMP Shield and grants 10% energy DR penetration (Laser, Plasma, Electro), along with 10% energy DR penetration resistance.
- Cybernetic Eye (Level 6, 6 Perception) - Grants conventional DR penetration (Fire, Normal, Explosion). Effect increases by 1% for every 2% of the opponent's armor condition missing [Aimed Attacks].
- Technician - Requires Gain Implants, Synthetic, and Cybernetic Eye. Allows you to pick a level perk that can be changed at any time. (Note: Level perks do not stack, so choose one you don't already have.)
New Daily Quests Added
- This is a milestone patch, meaning: PvP rankings have been reset, Global loot drop rates have been increased, Mob difficulty has been increased, EXP gain in Rockside has been increased.
- Autobalance in New Reno Wars now splits into 3 teams when only 3 players are present.
- EMP Shields rework:
- Tier 1: +40% EMP Resistance
- Tier 2: +40% EMP Resistance, +20% Damage Multiplier
- Tier 3: +40% EMP Resistance, 0.5% chance per Charisma to gain 0.5 sec immunity after receiving a hit (similar to the Vigor Boost effect).
- Cyborgs cannot install an EMP Shield without the Synthetic Perk.
- EMP Shield added to the combat implant loot pool.
- Wrecker explosive kills now apply a 30-second cooldown per kill. If the cooldown exceeds 5 minutes, the next body will not explode. This cooldown applies 1 second after the kill.
- Terminator: Removed HP % bonus.
- Terminator: Added extra DT cap: -1/0/1/1/2/2/3/3 (0/1/1/2/3/3/4/5 for Hubologists).
- Metal Armors: EXP multiplier increased from 50% to 80%.
- Quick Pockets: Shotgun reload adjusted to 2 bullets per load.
- Damage per bullet cap changed to 6/14/19/30/40/9999 (based on tier).
- New Reno Wars: Starting money is now capped at 20,000 Ă— the number of players in the event.
