Dismantling reworked
- Blueprints no longer drops from dismantling
- Upgrade parts no longer drops from dismantling
- Re-enabled t4 dismantling

- Hex-dismantling limit increased from 100/300 to 500/2500 items total
- Chance to get materials, is now a mix of linear and curve function
- Chance to get mats capped at 90% at 1000 science skill (this includes int, dismantler etc bonusses)
- Succeeded chance to get material of specified type no longer guarantee the first item
Balance
- Firegeckon's Enhancement will reduce 25% fire/explode damage(PvP)
- Mirror System will reduce 25% laser damage(PvP)
- Tesla Addition will reduce 25% plasma/electric damage(PvP)
- Advanced Plate will reduce 25% normal damage(PvP)
- Cured will reduce 75% flat damage from normal damage type
- Laser Reflector will reduce 90% flat damage from laser damage type
- Shock Protection will reduce 20% flat damage from explosive/electir damage type
- Anty-Termal System will reduce 50% flat damage from Plasma/Fire damage type
