Uses
Can be used for oppening Vault-Tec Cases. There is a 20% chance that it will break after opening.
Vault-Tec Case can contain:
50% chance for t4 ammo
50% chance for special implant
25% chance to rare item
10% chance for combat implant (12.5% with Scrounger PvE perk)
2% chance for verti part (4.5% with Scrounger PvE perk)
1% chance for t4 blueprint (Not affected by Scrounger PvE perk)
1-333 upgrade parts
0% chance for base map (2.5% with Scrounger PvE perk)
always t3 armor, t3 weapon, t3 helmet
1-5 drugs
5-25 t3 bp
